Inspired by the brownstones of New York (above left), the townhouses of Boston (above right), and the culture and style of Miami, Tecela proudly presents 769 and 771 NW 1 St, two townhouses each with four apartments that feature flexible floorplans, high ceilings, and energy efficiency.
769 and 771 NW 1 St was designed by Jason Chandler, AIA Florida award-winning architect and Chair of the Florida International University Department of Architecture. The design draws on two global architectural traditions -- the townhouse building type and Tropical Colonial style, particularly its multi-layer facades and large balconies -- and translates them into contemporary Miami.

Little Havana is economically and culturally diverse, famous for its Cuban immigrants but also enriched by other waves of immigrants before and after.
